Wagyu – Crockpot Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Wagyu beef stew meat (cut in 2 inch chunks)
- 8 oz. can of Beef Broth
- 8 oz. cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz. Cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2-3 cups of Egg Noodles
Directions:
Total Cooking time: 8 Hours
- Cook the Beef Stew and Mushrooms with Beef Broth on low for 6 hours in Crockpot.
- Add Salt, Pepper to taste.
- 2-hours before serving, stir together Cream of Mushroom and Cream of Chicken, add to Crockpot. Stir to get the lump’s out.
- At least 30 minutes before serving, add 1-cup of sour cream to your crockpot. Stir.
- When ready boil your Egg Noodles. Once done, add to your crockpot.
