Golden Wagyu Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:
- 1 lb small potatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp Wagyu Beef Tallow
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Toss potatoes with melted Wagyu Beef Tallow, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 30-35 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
