OUR GUARANTEE:
Unless otherwise indicated, all Sunset Whiskey Ranch Cattle Co. products will arrive vacuum sealed, are guaranteed in your freezer (at 0°F) from 6 months to one year, depending on the product.
Upon Delivery of a Shipped Product:
Your SWR product will arrive frozen or partially frozen in an insulated shipping container with dry ice and/or reusable gel freezer packs. (Please know that thawing is to be expected.)
If the Dry Ice is not completely thawed, DO NOT TOUCH! Please place your products in the freezer immediately upon receipt if you are not intending to be used the same day. Leave Dry Ice in insulated container to evaporate on its own.
