The strip steak is a cut of beef steak from the short loin of cattle. It consists of a muscle that does little work, making the meat particularly tender. The steak is sold under various names, including Ambassador Steak, Boneless Club Steak, Kansas City Steak, New York Strip Steak, and Top Loin. It tends to be the third most popular steak, behind the tenderloin and ribeye steaks.

Upon Delivery of a Shipped Product:

Your SWR product will arrive frozen or partiallyfrozen in a foam insulated shipping container with dry ice and/or reusable gelfreezer packs.

If the Dry Ice is notcompletely thawed, DO NOT TOUCH! Pleaseplace put your products in the freezer immediately upon receipt if notintending to use the same day. Leave Dry Ice in foam container to evaporate onits own.
